This is a virtual life coaching offering that may incorporate energy healing practices, gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and reflective inquiry to support personal growth, clarity, and well-being. Life coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health care. These offerings are also not a substitute for medical advice.

By joining, you confirm that you have consulted with your doctor or licensed healthcare provider if you have any physical or mental health concerns, and that you understand and accept the full terms and conditions for participation, including the liability waiver.

Coaching Disclaimer

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support self-awareness, insight, and personal development. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. Participation in life coaching does not establish a therapist-client or medical provider-patient relationship.

1. Intellectual Property: All content provided through these life coaching services and associated classes, including but not limited to coaching frameworks, guided practices, reflective exercises, scripts, and handouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of I Am Me Enterprises / I Am Me Life Coaching. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content with others without express written permission.

2. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy: All payments for life coaching services, classes, and related offerings are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or coaching session, you may not be entitled to a refund or credit.

3. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. By registering for life coaching services or classes, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner within all life coaching sessions, classes, and group containers. We reserve the right to remove any participant without a refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others.

Class Participant Waiver Form

By registering for this class you hereby agree to the following:

1.You are participating in a virtual session during which you will receive life coaching, and may also receive instruction or guidance related to energy healing, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation. You acknowledge that while life coaching is non-physical, certain supportive practices such as yoga and breathwork may involve physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. You understand that in life coaching sessions and any accompanying practices, you will progress at your own pace. If you experience physical discomfort, emotional intensity, or mental overwhelm, you agree to listen to your body and nervous system, adjust your level of participation, and ask for support from the facilitator or coach (Kim Moore). If at any point you experience pain, dizziness, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, emotional distress, or tetany (irregular muscle spasms), you will respect your limits and rest or pause participation as needed.

3. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician or licensed healthcare provider prior to and regarding your participation in life coaching services or any energy-based practices, including yoga and breathwork. You represent and warrant that you have no medical or mental health condition that would prevent your safe participation in these services.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in life coaching services and any associated classes or practices, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, emotional responses, or damages—known and unknown—which you might incur as a result of participation.

5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in life coaching services and related classes, you knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim you may have against Kim Moore (Life Coach and Facilitator) and I Am Me Enterprises LLC for injuries, emotional distress, or damages you may sustain as a result of participation.
